BGL Corporate Solutions, Australia’s leading developer of SMSF administration and ASIC corporate compliance software solutions, will release its highly anticipated cloud based ASIC corporate compliance software CAS 360 on 22 February 2017. “To ensure we continue to deliver first class service to all our clients, BGL will phase the commercial release of CAS 360” explains Ron Lesh, BGL’s Managing Director. “CAS 360 will be first available to BGL CAS Desktop clients who do not use Xero Practice Manager and/or Simple Fund 360. Releases to these groups of clients will take place over the next few weeks as integration with these products is finalised”

The defining feature of CAS 360 is the automated integration with many accounting practice management systems. BGL is building integration with Xero, Sage Handisoft, CCH iFirm and MYOB. These will be released progressively over the next few months.

According to Lesh, “This integration is a game changer. CAS 360 is the first application to provide seamless two-way integration across multiple client platforms. For example, if a client updates a contact in Xero Practice Manager, CAS 360 will prompt the user to prepare the required ASIC forms and documents as well as updating the contact details in Simple Fund 360. This will ensure our clients never miss an important change again and that their databases are always in sync”.

CAS 360 will automate and simplify the Company Annual Review process by automatically downloading the Annual Company Statement from ASIC, automatically comparing the ASIC data and CAS 360 data and then automatically emailing the Annual Company Statement Pack direct to the client. CAS 360 will save company administrators hundreds of hours each year.

CAS 360 will also automatically manage company debt and document deadlines, removing the need for extensive spreadsheets and manual calendar entires. Clients will automatically be alerted when an ASIC invoice is paid (unpaid or due for payment) and when documents are due for lodgement.

One CAS 360 beta client commented:

“CAS 360 – ASIC compliance at the click of a few buttons. Brilliant. Support on hand for when you still manage to click wrong button – exceptional”
