Available in 2 versions, Simple Ledger is guaranteed to provide you with the general ledger solution to meet your general ledger and reporting needs. The Small Business version will allow you to manage up to 10 entities and comes in single user option only. The Unlimited Register version will allow you to manage an unlimited number of entities with the option subscribing to a single user, 5 user or unlimited user license.

Simple Ledger is a general ledger system with a fully integrated investment register and depreciable assets module. It can handle all Capital Gains transactions (including CGT Optimisation), depreciation and has full GST recording, calculation and reporting.

Simple Ledger can also record the tax components of income transactions and can prepare a statement of taxable income.

Simple Ledger is an open item general ledger. There are no accounting periods, period ends or year ends. Transactions inputted in any period automatically update any future ledger reports.

Simple Ledger has intuitive data input routines, making processing bank statements, journals, receipts, payments and share movement transactions a breeze.
