BGL Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd, located in East Brighton, is a market leading accounting software solution provider. Due to growth, we are seeking two bright and enthusiastic people to join our software support and product training team.
The role will involve providing BGL’s clients, that comprise of the worlds leading accounting and corporate groups, with telephone and web based product support. This is not a traditional call centre role where calls are queued. Instead BGL provides a call back service that allows us to provide quality product support. Reporting to the Support Team Leader, this position is a great opportunity for you to develop your superannuation, corporate compliance, IT, general accounting and customer service skills.

Requirements
• Knowledge of superannuation and corporate compliance highly regarded
• Customer service experience

• Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
Who can apply?
• Graduates with Commerce Degree or Diploma in Accounting
