“This is an amazing achievement by our BGL team” said BGL’s Managing Director, Ron Lesh. “We launched CAS 360 on 22 February 2017 and in just 21 weeks we’ve added over 600 clients and 100,000 companies. CAS 360 has lived up to our expectations and more”.

CAS 360 is a complete corporate compliance solution. Through a comprehensive database of company, trust and business name data, CAS 360 provides our clients with daily up-to-date entity details as well as the statutory records required for Australian companies by the Companies Act.

CAS 360 has changed the way ASIC corporate compliance work is done in Australia. CAS 360 automatically downloads Annual Company Statements and Company Debt reports from ASIC each day. The Annual Review process compares ASIC and CAS 360 data automatically and then prepares the Annual Reviews for clients. Debt is managed and deadlines for document lodgement is all controlled through smart alerts.

“One of the key reasons for the uptake for CAS 360 is the seamless on-boarding experience,” says Lesh. “Our migration process from CAS Desktop to CAS 360 is simple, loading all valuable historical data and documents or downloading company data from the ASIC in a matter of minutes. And once loaded, CAS 360 automatically connects to ASIC each day, downloading annual company statements and company debt reports for all a client’s companies”.

“CAS 360 has already disrupted the ASIC company compliance market by delivering a new and innovative approach to completing company compliance needs” added Lesh. “Every company in Australia needs to complete an annual review and sign a solvency resolution each year: CAS 360 simply automates this process”.

BGL has already added Xero Practice Manager integration to CAS 360. Providing clients a single source of truth with two-way integration and syncing their contacts across CAS 360, Xero PM and Simple Fund 360. This feature is currently in closed Beta for testing by selected clients.

BGL have also partnered with DocuSign to launch an integration between CAS360 and DocuSign, currently in open beta. “Integration with practice management systems and digital signing is the future” said Lesh. “We see our products providing connections and solutions our clients need both now and in the future”
