
BGL has announced the promotions of Adriana Cavallo and Damien Gunatillake, who will now lead BGL’s Customer Experience (CX) operations globally.
The appointments reflect BGL’s continued international growth in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom and reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences worldwide.
Adriana Cavallo: General Manager – Customer Experience.
Adriana Cavallo has been promoted to General Manager – Customer Experience, with her responsibilities extending beyond the Asia-Pacific to all BGL jurisdictions.
During her 13+ years at BGL, Adriana has played a key role in shaping the company’s client experience strategy. She has led high-performing teams and driven operational improvements, including automating internal processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Her leadership focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences across every client touchpoint.

Damien Gunatillake: Head of Customer Experience.
Damien Gunatillake has been promoted to Head of Customer Experience, with his responsibilities also expanding to all BGL jurisdictions.
During his 7+ years at BGL, Damien has held a range of client-focused roles including Support Consultant, Support Team Leader, Account Manager and Client Success Manager. His broad experience across the client lifecycle gives him both practical and strategic insight into client needs.
