Since launching BGL CAS 360 in Australia, BGL has remained focused on helping firms simplify company compliance, reduce manual administration and improve operational efficiency.
As the compliance landscape continues to evolve, firms are balancing increasing regulatory obligations, growing AML/CTF and CDD expectations and rising client demands for faster, more connected services.
To help firms stay ahead, we have continued investing in BGL CAS 360 through ongoing platform innovation, workflow automation and enhanced compliance functionality.
As we introduce the latest BGL CAS 360 Australia price increase from 1 July 2026, we want to reflect on the significant value and enhancements delivered to firms since the last price adjustment in 2024.
Helping firms save time through smarter automation
One of the biggest areas of investment has been workflow automation and communication efficiency.
We introduced Smart Emails to help firms automate and personalise client correspondence directly within BGL CAS 360, reducing manual communication tasks and improving consistency across workflows.
Scheduled Emails further enhanced this capability by allowing firms to prepare and automate email delivery in advance, helping teams manage client communication more efficiently during busy compliance periods.
Additional workflow enhancements introduced since 2024 include:
- Enhanced ASIC Debt Alerts for improved visibility of outstanding ASIC obligations.
- Automated Debt Reminders to help firms proactively notify clients about unpaid ASIC fees and deadlines.
- Contact Labels functionality to improve contact management, organisation and workflow segmentation.
Together, these enhancements help firms streamline administration, reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency across their practice.
Strengthening AML/CDD and client verification workflows
AML/CTF and CDD obligations are becoming increasingly important for firms across Australia.
To support firms managing these evolving compliance requirements, we continued expanding BGLiD’s capabilities within the BGL CAS 360 ecosystem.
Recent enhancements include biometric scanning functionality within BGLiD, helping firms strengthen digital identity verification processes and improve onboarding security.
We also introduced the ability to request and securely store client ID documents directly within BGLiD, helping centralise verification records and simplify compliance management.
Additional AML/CTF and CDD compliance enhancements include:
These features help firms improve visibility across compliance obligations, standardise due diligence processes and reduce compliance risk through more structured workflows.
Strengthening AML/CDD and client verification workflows
BGL CAS 360 has also continued evolving to support more efficient digital document workflows and electronic compliance processes.
Enhancements introduced since 2024 include Electronic Signing of Form 362, helping streamline Registered Agent Appointment and Cessation processes through digital execution.
BGL CAS 360 also integrates with PleaseSign, helping firms simplify digital signing workflows, reduce turnaround times and improve the client experience.
These capabilities help firms modernise document management and reduce reliance on manual paper-based processes.
Continuing to invest in the future
The upcoming subscription price increase reflects our continued investment in platform innovation, infrastructure, security and client support.
Importantly, we have continued delivering significant new functionality and enhancements since the last BGL CAS 360 Australia price adjustment in 2024.
During this time, we have consistently introduced features designed to help firms:
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Reduce compliance risk.
- Automate repetitive tasks.
- Strengthen AML/CTF and CDD processes.
- Deliver more connected client experiences.
And this investment continues.
