Discretionary Trust Distributions:
You can now record Discretionary Trust distributions in CAS360 and prepare the documents.
Automated Annual Review Re-Request:
If you miss the annual review for a Company, CAS360 will automatically re-request it.
ASIC Price Changes:
All ASIC fee and late fee calculations will use the new ASIC fees starting from 1 July 2018.
Update Addresses in Multi Company Doc:
You can now update other company addresses, include postal and meeting address, when changing a company’s address.
Unit Trust – Unitholder Minute and Resolutions:
You can now prepare Unitholder Minute and Resolutions for unit transactions inside a unit trust.
ASIC Form 490:
You can now prepare Officers Transactions and Changes to Officers Details for Foreign Companies.
ASIC Form 315:
You can now prepare ASIC Form 315 – Notification of resignation, removal or cessation of auditor.
Accountant User role:
Added a new user role called ‘Accountant’ this user is view-only with the ability to create dividends and distributions
New Getting Started Screen:
You are now required select if data is coming from migration or data download before proceeding.
ASIC Invoices:
Added support for ASIC RC09 invoices ((ASIC will start sending late fee & lodgement fee invoices in July 2018)
