BGL clients can now order independent, ATO-compliant SMSF and CGT desktop valuation reports for property anywhere in Australia directly from the Property Dashboard in BGL Simple Fund 360. Reports are returned to the fund within four business days at a flat, transparent price, with no back-and-forth and no manual data entry.
Available report types include residential desktop valuations, commercial and farmland desktop valuations and rental appraisals. Each report adheres to recognised industry valuation methodology and is backed by real market evidence, not an automated website estimate.
