CAS 360 version 47 is now live! Here is what’s new…
Company Name Reservations
Users can now reserve company names with ASIC from CAS 360! We have also added a new ‘Name Registrations’ tab to the ‘Company Registration’ screen to help users keep track of their reserved names and expiry dates. See it in action! Click here to watch a short video.
Smart Date System
The date input field in CAS 360 is now simpler and more intelligent! Users can select a date from a calendar or enter a date variation (eg. 21 Feb’ or ‘210219) and CAS 360 will change the data to the required format (dd/mm/yyy).
CAS 360 is on new and improved framework with the latest technology. This means CAS 360 is faster, more secure and agile than ever before!
New and improved Zendesk support system!
We have moved our support system to Zendesk, giving CAS 360 and Simple Fund 360 users greater control and transparency over support tickets. Some benefits include:
Quickly log a ticket online and easily attach supporting documents and files. Plus, once your ticket is logged, Zendesk’s Answer Bot will use artificial intelligence to suggest relevant and helpful articles based on your specific query.
Log in to see your assigned BGL Support Agent, search past tickets, close and reopen tickets and track the activity, progress and status of your ticket.
Our new online help provides you with a wealth of information including help articles, training manuals and access to the BGL Community. Plus you can now add comments on help articles, provide feedback and follow power users!
