BGL has been recognised for Australia’s Best Customer Service in the category of computer systems, software and internet services in the 2020 Australian Achiever Awards. This is the 14th consecutive year BGL has been recognised for its excellence in customer service.
The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment rating from companies’ own clients. The award focuses on many criteria’s, including time related service, client needs, attitude and communication. BGL achieved an impressive score of 98.62%, placing the company well above the 80% requirement for exceptional service.
