BGL released its new and improved two-way practice management integration to efficiently manage client and contact data across four apps in a single database – a dream for any professional firm.
The integration makes the management of SMSF, company, trust, and individual clients/contacts seamless with:
- Client and contact level synchronisation,
- Prompts to review a client/contact before synchronising to an app,
- Notification of duplicate clients/contacts,
- The ability to add clients/contacts in bulk and;
- View client/contact relationships and change history.
In addition, all clients/contacts can be searched and filtered within the Client List screen.
“So, if a client’s details change in the BGL Suite (CAS 360, Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360), this change is automatically updated in the practice management app,” said Ron Lesh, Managing Director at BGL. “Also, when client or contact details change in any app, our company compliance software, CAS 360, will prompt clients to prepare all the relevant ASIC compliance documents.”
Building Better Workflows
The next phase of our two-way BGL Suite Practice Management integration will provide clients with status levels showing their workflow positions across four apps in the practice management solution.
“If they’re using Xero XPM, the super funds in Simple Fund 360 will display which funds are ready for audit, being audited or ready to lodge or haven’t been started,” said Ron Lesh, Managing Director at BGL. “So, clients can see their workflow positions within whatever practice management solution they use.”
