BGL is proud to announce the release of an automatic secure download service for ATO correspondence and compliance documents directly into its Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360 software.
The new feature allows BGL clients to download more than 40 ATO document types including statements of account, PAYG instalment notices, activity statement notifications, superannuation remittance advice, release authorities, debt reminders and lodgment alerts.
Designed to help clients stay on top of their compliance obligations, this feature reduces the risk of missing critical ATO correspondence and provides a centralised hub for document management.
“We’re so excited to release this highly requested feature,” said BGL’s Chief Product Officer, Jeevan Tokhi. “We know how important timely access to ATO documents is for our clients. By integrating directly with the ATO, Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360 clients can significantly reduce their risk of missing key communications when the ATO Portal is down or emails go astray. It’s all about giving our clients peace of mind and saving them time.”
All downloaded documents are automatically processed by BGL SmartDocs AI, which redacts sensitive information such as Tax File Numbers (TFNs) and dates of birth (DOB) before securely storing them in the software.
“This feature brings together automation, security and efficiency,” added Tokhi. “Clients can now manage all ATO correspondence in one central location, respond to client queries faster and proactively handle compliance obligations without the manual effort.”
The ATO document download feature is now available to all Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360 clients.
