What’s new in Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360
Workpapers: A new “Matter for Attention – Auditor” note type has been added for workpapers, which the Auditor can read and export. All other note types are hidden from the Auditor user role by default. Learn More

Property Valuations: The new DuoTax integration provides fast, reliable, affordable residential and commercial property valuations and depreciation schedules Australia-wide. Learn More
Documents Screen: You can now create and apply a new tag on multiple files at once using the new and improved bulk edit feature on the Documents screen. Previously, users could only select an existing tag when bulk tagging. Learn More
Bank Feed Comparison Report: The new Bank Feed Comparison Report allows you to compare bank data from data feeds with the bank data in the ledger. Including:

If any manual bank transactions have been added to the ledger.

If any bank transactions have been deleted from the ledger.

If any changes have been made to the raw bank transaction data.
Holding Accounts Report: The new Holding Accounts report helps you to identify the Portfolio Code attached to each investment. Note: This report is only available for Wrap and Platform data feeds with a Portfolio concept. Learn More
Consolidated Reporting: Inter-Entity investments linked to a Shareholder or Beneficiary will now be automatically excluded from consolidations. Users can customise the Financials tab to exclude/include any account. A new Asset allocation pie chart option to group by GICS code has also been added. Learn More

BGL's complete SMSF administration software
SuperStream ESA: As previously notified, BGL now only supports MessageXchange (MXC) as a SuperStream gateway provider. All funds previously registered with the Australia Post ESA (AUSPOSTSMSF) have been updated to the BGL ESA (BGLSF360). Learn More
SuperStream: New checklists for Initiating Rollover Requests (IRR) and processing Release Authorities (RA) have been added to guide you through SuperStream rollover processes. Learn More
A new SuperStream Rollover Declaration report has been added for Trustees to sign. Learn More
2024 Wind-up: SMSF wind-ups for the 2024 financial year can now be prepared and electronically lodged with the ATO. Note: This will use the 2023 financial year ATO stationery. Learn More
Period Compliance: Custom notes can now be added to each Create Entries record. At the bottom of the notes area, a ‘Last updated by’ timestamp with the username, date and time will also be saved. Learn More

Inter-Entity Dividends Journals: For Companies in Simple Invest 360, where the period-end dividends have been allocated to a shareholder who is also an entity in Simple Invest 360 or Simple Fund 360, a dividend transaction will automatically be created in the ledger of the receiving entity. Reports – Balance Sheet: Bank accounts with negative balances will now be displayed as liabilities on the Balance sheet for Companies, Individuals and Trusts to reflect changes made in the XYZ Notes to Financial Statements. Learn More
Trust Tax Losses: The Distribute Profit screen and tax return pre-fill logic have been improved to better handle situations where a Trust is making a tax loss. Learn More
